Both villas are fully equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare meals. Boletov Raj Villa has a small kitchen area with a mini oven and stove, kettle, fridge, tableware, and cutlery. Boletov Raj Lux has a large kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, tableware, and cutlery.

No, you do not need to bring towels with you. Each guest is provided two towels, as well as additional towels for the pool.

Each villa has its own pontoon dock, as well as SUPs (stand-up paddle boards) and a pedal boat with a slide for 5–6 people.

Guests of the small villa are welcome to use the swimming pool if there are no guests staying in the Lux villa. The swimming pool is only available for use during the summer months, during the working week or on Sunday afternoons and evenings.

The swimming pool can be used until the beginning of November as it is heated and protected by a film, which preserves the temperature of the pool.

Of course! We have two large umbrellas and shade in several corners. The Tiki bar is also covered, as are the terraces. One part of the pontoon has shade even when it is the hottest. There is a special shade in the villa.

Yes. A fence provides privacy for the guests in the small villa, completely separating them from the guests in the big villa.
